Refund Policy

  1. You may cancel a payment made via this website within seven days of making that payment (see 2 below for exception)
  2. You may cancel a payment made via this website up until 31st of March 2019
  3. You may NOT cancel a payment made via this website after the 31st of March 2019

How to cancel

Use our Contact form to send us a message quoting your booking reference or quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.

Refunds will only be credited to the payment card used to make the payment.
